Marketing Communications Lead

MEGOGO is an international media service born in Kyiv. For more than 11 years, we've been creating a whole universe of content.

We collaborate with HBO, Universal, BBC, Sony, Walt Disney, Warner Brothers Discovery, Paramount Pictures and other global studios. We exclusively broadcast UEFA Champions League matches, European Cups and top sports events. We create many more products and services based on OTT technologies.

And all this is done by a team of more than 750 talented and energetic people. And now we are looking for a Marketing Communications Lead.

What you’ll do:
— Implementing marketing communications strategy and deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth.
— Organizing and overseeing the process of creating various content.
— Coordinating internal and external brand communications, including social media and digital channels.
— Ensuring alignment of all marketing communications with the company's brand identity.
— Measuring the effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns. Preparing reports and recommendations for enhancing strategies.

What you’ll bring:
— Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
— Minimum 8-10 years of proven professional experience in marketing communications.
— In-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
— Track record of successful brand management and brand development initiatives.
— Proficiency in coordinating diverse communication channels, including traditional, digital, and social media.
— Strong background in content development for various purposes, including internal and external communications.
— Ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns.
— Previous experience managing and mentoring a marketing communications team.
