Head of Retail Field Force

Samsung is looking for Head of Retail Network (Field Force) in Kyiv.

He/she is responsible for Channel Marketing (of related products), managing work with all sales channels & field personnel.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably on position of Chanel Marketing Manager, Retail Network Manager, Field Force Manager)
• Advanced English and Ukrainian is a must
• Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail
• University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced user of MS Excel and Power Point

Responsibilities:

Field Force Management

• Implementation of channel marketing plans, display and shelf share targets and other business ratios (premium product) on yearly, quarterly, monthly basis, KPI performance definition & control
• Channel marketing department personnel, external FF control & management (incl. training, motivation & other personnel issues)
• Develop and keep updated channel marketing department structure, developing effective and clear business processes, MBO evaluation, establishing of internal reporting and communication system

Process & workflow innovation

• Analysis of external & Internal aspects influencing to channel marketing operation, using all kind reports and source to monitor markets situation, retail channels, and user behaviour, regulation, competitors analysis for business strategy development
• Making quick decisions for reaction on market circumstances changes & make a business decision about further channel marketing development and countermeasure
• Innovative channel marketing projects initiative (Retail Empowerment, SMF, SDI, MCS, etc.)
