Responsibilities:

On-site  evaluation:

• Yearly plan preparation 
• Audit plan execution  
• On-site evaluation results finalization for every audit,  approval creation,  posting of results to CS Portal, providing feedback to partner, improvement plan from partner  requesting, follow-ups updating to CS Portal etc)
• Partners improvements monitoring, support, analyze common issues and find unified solution for svc process (SEUC or ASC)

KPI Evaluation:

• Monthly KPI evaluation (calculation, approval creation) 
• Informing partners (results posting, explanations etc), warnings to poor performance partners, monitoring of results by ASC, work on improvements in case of consequential low graded partners 
• Implementing updates  to evaluation system (new KPI implementation)

Network related activities:

• Competitors survey (ASC qty, OOW prices, service programs comparison etc) 
• Data maintenance in CS Portal (IT VOC creation for plan updates, ASC profiles, contract information keeping etc)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• English Upper Intermediate
• SAP,MS Office (Excel, Power Point) advanced user 
• Higher Education
