Responsibilities: 

• The process of receiving claims from partners: shortages, damaged boxes, surplus, exchange of goods between partners in Ukraine. 
• Creation of necessary posting in the system (N-ERP), return cargo bills, powers of attorney, work with courier services. 
• In  case of damaged boxes, it is necessary to coordinate the information and submit documents to the MX team for compensation Link creation for all MX goods according to each item based on PO-SO. 
• Starting on Monday, after receiving information about the delay of air waybills, we need to start unlinking previously PO-SO, and create new link for each item for new sales orders (Ukraine and Moldova); 
• Submission of information of all changed links for Sales Orders to IT department to add IMEI for new Sales Orders. 
• Registration on the partners portals of the our truck with all necessary details Preparation in excel for each partner with the numbers of cargo bills, models, quantities for each invoice; 
• Providing information to partners on transport, changes, dates with models, quantities, Invoices for delivery via e-mails System return of LDU, Mock up on the on a regular basis and write-offs via In-house process.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics;
• Experience in SAP is a must, strong user of Excel;
• At least intermediate level of English (both verbal and written);
• University Degree (economics, logistics etc.)
