American pharmaceutical company is looking for Assistant of the department
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collaboration between key internal and external stakeholders to initiate, plan and kick off the necessary activities for the project
- Development of project charter, governance structure and meeting cadence and budget monitoring
- Facilitate and coordinate the core project planning discussion to make the team move toward project's goal
- Create reports on status, deliverables and follow up details within a shared document repository
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience of independent implementation of projects for pharmaceutical companies
- Upper intermediate English
