Service Fulfilment Operations Developer, IKEA Service Office in Ukraine

YOUR PROFILE:

• Past experience in retail or logistic / transport companies
• Experience and passion of working in a fast-changing environment
• Knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners (including external).
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the developing and improving ways of working; problem solving
• Proven analytical and numerical skills
• Computer skills and very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in dealing with online commerce connected services such as products home delivery
• Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Fluent in English both written and verbal

ABOUT THE JOB:

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the performance of companies (Service Partners) that are providing services to IKEA (Home Delivery, Assembly & Installation). Responsibilities are including:

• Daily operations of services (Home Delivery, Assembly & Installation) executed by service partners
• Securing operational excellence of service partners
• Efficiency and continuous improvement
• Short and mid-term capacities
• Cost development
• Lead-time development
• Communications
• Sustainability

YOU WILL BE:

• Responsible for securing high performing daily operations connected to execution of services through the performance of the service partner(s)
• Responsible to secure excellence in operations by monitoring the performance of the service partner(s)
• Responsible for short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of service partner(s)
• Responsible for ensuring short and mid-term capacities and resources through the work with the assigned service partner(s)
• Contribute to negotiate cost development of the assigned service partner(s)
• Responsible for securing efficiency and implementing improvements on the market in cooperation with relevant stakeholders throughout the organization
• Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation within the service partner(s) to bring development and innovation ideas.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda through the work with the assigned service partner(s)
