Contract specialist

• Economic or financial background
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Ability to gather and analyze data efficiently
• Understanding of compliance standards
• Experience with financial institutions and financial instruments (especially promissory notes processing)

LANGUAGES: English (not less than upper intermediate).

YOU MAY EXPECT THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:

Fin instrument acceptance and processing (promissory note, bank guarantee, crop receipt etc.):

• Coordinate with Sales team terms of issuing financial instrument per customer.
• Check that all legislative requirements/standards/details are met for specific fin instrument.
• Coordinate with Credit team assessment of customer's financial statements, status of payments and instrument value under current agreement.
• Reconcile with Customer all required documentary evidence and arrange timely collection of financial instrument.
• Draft docs, to be provided to the bank, according to terms and conditions of relevant PNs / bank guarantees, in case of Customer's payment failure.
• Cooperate with monitoring service provider.
• Prepare monthly reports and share them with Controllership, Credit, and Sales teams.
• Keep documents and records according to general requirements.

Collaboration with Customers and Sales team regarding payments and documents turnover:

• Track payments. Prove payment stamp. Prepare payment claims and acts of acceptance.
• Transfer fin instruments to customers.

Protest non-payment:

• Prepare documents to protest Promissory Notes / Crop Receipts, and file them to the notary.
• Accompany the process of protesting, including visits to customer and notaries in regions and transferring the protest to private executors.
• Coordinate efforts on protesting with Credit, Sales teams etc.
