Senior HR Specialist
Duties and responsibilities:
- Recruitment;
- Management of some internal communications;
- Managing the Performance process twice a year, providing technical support in the system to employees;
- Outstaffing coordination (up to 10 employees): hiring, termination, absence, payment, etc.;
- Management of agreements with service providers for the HR team;
- Preparation of regular HR reports;
- Participation in HR projects according to the strategy of the department.
Key Requirements:
- University degree (Human resources, Psychology is preferred);
- Work experience in recruitment, as HR Specialist / Generalist, preferably in international company with overall experience of 5-7 years;
- Proficiency in direct search techniques;
- Great verbal and written communication skills;
- English - Intermediate+ level;
- Experience of work with SAP and 1C is an advantage.
