Senior Brand Manager (luxury product)

World leader in the segment of elite strong alcohol beverages and wines. expands his team and looks for Senior Brand Manager

Обязанности:

• Subordinate: 1 Junior BM.
  Determine the appropriate strategy for brands' in portfolio to achieve long term company's objectives for volume, profit and growth.
• Develop detailed, calendarized and actionable plans that will ensure completion of annual brand KPIs.
• High-quality creative developments & excellence in execution - in line with Brand/ Company's standards & code of ethics, and working in partnership with other Departments.
• Monitor local & global consumer/ business trends to embed them in Brand Strategies and further differentiate vs competition.
• Build constructive relationships with other departments (Commercial, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of the plans and contribute to Company's positive mindset.
• Ensure proper briefing, direction/ feedback to partner agencies.
• Manage expenditure on a regular basis to ensure conformity with the budget.

Требования:

• University Degree, preferably in Business/Economics.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills.
• English - Upper Intermediate.
• Strong marketing, proven track record of brands development.
• Work experience with FMCG companies (soft drinks/tobacco) will be an advantage
