We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the Personal HR Assistant to the CEO at DHRN Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of candidates at various job platforms
- LinkedIn profile support
- Creating job posts at international job platforms
- Scheduling appointments and interviews for the Director
- Keep documentation accurately and organized
- Participating in social media campaigns
- Organizing trips and events for the Director
Qualifications:
- Creativity and fast performer
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- English proficiency (B2 and upper)
- MS Office suite knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
