Lead Generation Manager

Requirements: 

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in Lead Generation;
  • Strong research skills [Practising different techniques on LinkedIn, UpWork, etc.];
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (both spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in Google cloud products;
  • Excellent client service skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to handle sales objections, listen and answer carefully, ask key questions to determine clients' needs;
  • Proven ability to independently manage and develop customer and team relationships with minimal supervision;
  • Ambition for undertaking challenges, self-motivation, result-driven approach, positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Source leads through a variety of search tools;
  • Update and maintain the Lead database;
  • Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling;
  • Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns;
  • Achieve or exceed daily quotas for generating new leads.
