CRM Engineer/Integrator
We are looking for our superman CRM manager. A team-player who will take care of all the technical questions our project may face.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, who is ready to manage CRM-systems, IP-telephony, LMS, chatbots and a variety of other tools and services. You are always glad to help out your colleagues, help them solve their issues and teach them a few tips. Are able to diagnose problems and handle them, can explain difficult things in simple manner and can repeat things twice for your colleagues from other locations. You want to make all departments work like a single coordinated system.
We will definitely match if you:
• Have experience working with HubSpot, amoCRM or similar CRM systems
• Have extensive experience in integration of IP-telephony
• Have built and optimised processes and know how to deal with different types of people
• Are ready to maintain internal systems, create automations and investigate new solutions
• Posses systematical-thinking and like to delve into the details
• Are Fluent in English (level B2 - C1)
