Investment Analyst

Capital Times, one of the leading investment banking firms in Ukraine, a member of Globalscope (a global network of M&A advisors), is looking for an Investment Analyst.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, mathematics, or a similar field, 
• > 3-year work experience, preferably in an international environment (Big-4, IB, management consulting firms, VC, PE), 
• Knowledge of valuation methods and techniques. Participation in the CFA/ACCA program would be an advantage 
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian and IFRS accounting principles,  
• Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word. Knowledge of Tableau and/or MS Power BI would be a plus,
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) will be a significant plus, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English,
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail, 
• Interest in Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory or Equity Capital Markets  
   

Main responsibilities: 

• Industry/market research and analysis,  
• Preparation of reports, presentations, the business analysis of selected companies and industries,  
• Analysis and structuring of data, business valuation, and financial modeling,  
• Quantitative research in support to Portfolio manager,
• Data and information visualization,
• Active participation in a new business unit development
