IT company that focused on developing passenger-centric solutions for Airlines is looking for responsible Recruiter (HR)
Skills and abilities
- 2+ year experience in IT Recruiter role (experience in IT is a must)
- Knowledge in all HR processes (adaptation, motivation, staffing, performance evaluation) will be a plus
- Excellent organizational, leadership, proactivity, flexibility and good communication skills
- Strong soft skills
- Computer skills: MS office, Google Sheets, Jira - would be a plus.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
Working duties:
-Providing Recruitment and HR support for the company
- Providing full cycle recruitment services and consultancy
- On-boarding process and adaptation of new employees
- Support employees with the company's processes and procedures
- Providing one-to-one meetings
- Organization of corporate events, meetings
- Manage HR documents
- Maintain and improve positive employee relations and corporate atmosphere
