Requirements:

• Understanding of the request lifecycle;
• Proficiency working with ticketing or incident tracking systems is preferable;
  
• An intermediate level of spoken and written English;
  
• Proactiveness and stress resistance;
• A team-player's work attitude.
  

Responsibilities:

• 0-line customer infrastructure support;
• Customers' requests registration and assignment;
• Effective performance under intensive requests flow;
• Willingness to work according to 24/7 shifts schedule;
• Readiness to apply your fine English skills (intermediate level).
