Marketing specialist

As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising activities, and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Research of competitors, trends to be implement in various marketing strategies;

• Social Media growth and development (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter);

• Сopywriting for social media posts, email outreach etc.

• Design visuals, infographics for use on social media and website ;

• Setting up advertising campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn);

• Posting materials on the website through the WordPress admin panel (blog articles, case studies, vacancies etc.);

• Have basic SEO knowledge to ensure all content is up to date and relevant;

• Brand promotion through placements on referral platforms, PR posts, crowd marketing;

• Have basic knowledge of Google Ads Advertising to provide some assistance in key metrics monitoring;

• Assist with research, coordination and participation in conferences and webinars.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a focus on digital marketing ( working in Outsourcing, Outstaffing would be a plus) B2B is a must;

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;

• English B2/C1

• Ability to effectively multitask and establish priorities;

• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot);

• Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign).
