Responsibilities:

• Participating in solving daily tasks that are related to the technical support of the Atlassian products

• Creating and configuration projects in Jira and spaces in Confluence

• Permission management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence);

• Basic knowledge of workflow configuration;

• Knowledge how to use jql (jira query language);

• English: intermediate 

Nice-to-haves

• Experience of project administration in Jira and space administration in Confluence

• Experience of work with Service desk

• Experience of work with Bitbucket

• Work experience as a Customer Support specialist
