Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a schedule for departments;

• Monitor attendance (schedule adherence) and maintain related records;

• Establish and maintain schedule-related documentation;

• Create monthly summary reports;

• Manage vacations within departments;

• Monitor discipline within a department and create corresponding reports (late comings, work-offs, etc.);

• Collaborate with operations managers in all geographical locations;

• Hold welcome onboarding meetings with trainees before supervision period;

• Suggest improvements to existing procedures and processes in organizational and disciplinary areas of departments.

Requirements 

• Intermediate or higher level of written and verbal English;

• Be a profound computer user and use available tools and resources to be productive and efficient;

• Stress resistance and showing good decision making under stress;

• Attention to detail;

• Work within tight deadlines.
