What we expect from a candidate:

• 1+ year experience as a business analyst

• Deep knowledge accompanied by practical experience with full requirements lifecycle (elicitation, collaboration and analysis, specification and modeling, etc.)

• Deep practical knowledge of modeling techniques and notations

• Experience with different SDLC models, plan-based and agile approaches of software development

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of seniority up to CEO level

• Desire to drive business process changes

• English: upper intermediate or higher

What you will be doing:

• Business processes modeling, optimization, driving changes

• Identifying and elaborating business opportunities, development business cases and proposals

• Participation in all stages of requirements lifecycle
