Today we are proud to have on our Business and IT programs 350 bachelor and master students. The language of instruction for all the programs is English. The education process is organized in the heart of Kyiv on Poshtova square in ex-River port building, which became a new home for AUK.

We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Contact Centre Agent to join our enrollment team. The elected candidate is responsible for contacting prospect students via phone, e-mail or messengers and provide accurate information about AUK educational proposals and admission process. We expect Agent to constantly work with assigned data base and maintain prospect qualification and conversion rates in line with AUK standard.

Job Purpose

The Contact Centre Agent must carry out the first phase of the enrollment process for new students by monitoring and managing the assigned database to achieve key goals.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Deep knowledge of AUK portfolio
  • Monitor your client’s database through calls, emails, and messengers
  • Schedule face-to-face or virtual appointments using university-approved appointment closing techniques
  • Follow up with clients who did not attend the scheduled appointment and reschedule the appointment
  • Register the sales activities in the CRM
  • Establish follow-up priorities according to the interest of each interested party
  • Prepare weekly reports on the status of your client portfolio and goal achievement

Qualifications and Skill:

Agents’ applicants should meet basic skill and qualification requirements to be able to perform the common job duties. Common skill requirements are:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a sales advisor / contact center agent
  • Graduates in Business or any related field
  • Desire to develop in sales and service area
  • Proficient in English and Ukrainian language
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Positive mindset
  • Team player
  • Effective communication
  • Advance knowledge in Office 365
