An American logistics company operating in the U.S. transportation market is announcing a vacancy for an HR recruiter with proficiency in English to work remotely. 

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Proficiency in English B2 level. 

Proficiency in the Spanish language is welcome. (optional)

Experience in personnel recruitment and conflict resolution.

Resilience and the ability to work with a large volume of information

Effective time management skills to handle a volume of information and tasks, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Hiring drivers based on the company's specifications.

Collection of documents, signing employment contracts, CRM management.

Communication and onboarding of employees via incoming calls, text messages, emails;. 

Supporting drivers in resolving delivery-related issues.

Providing timely and quality feedback to drivers.

Salary starting from $800 - 1000 USD and more with the possibility of bonuses.
