The role will involve:

• Searching for clients and building relations with them
• Searching for cargoes and booking them
• Searching for carriers for the optimal fulfilment of the cargo transportation order
• Monitoring of proposals for cargo transportation, including control of their cost depending on various factors
• High quality customer service
• Solution of non-standard situations arising during transportation
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication between all parties involved in cargo transportation

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

• Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level
• Skills of competent communication, the ability to negotiate
• Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results
• Resistance to stress and the ability to multitask
• Multitasking, prioritisation and effective time management skills
• Desire to work and develop in the field of logistics for at least one year

• Working hours: from 3 pm till 1am (Monday-Friday)
  It is important that during the curfew schedule will be 3pm — 9pm office and then 10pm — 1am remotely
