Communications Specialist in Lviv (SMM/PR)

ELEKS is looking for Communications Specialist in Lviv.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in communications/PR/SMM Effective corporate communications and public relations writing style
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Understanding of social media platforms and the ability to develop appropriate content to engage target audiences
• Excellent grammar, spelling, copyediting, and proofreading skills (English – Upper Intermediate)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to work; strong analytic problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience working with communications programs
• Knowledge of content systems Knowledge of design concepts
• English —Upper-intermediate or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and create content on the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor)
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility
• Write and distribute press releases to Ukrainian media
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media representatives
• Handle media inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with company representatives at various levels
• Create detailed briefs for the design team
• Coordinate the work of video production contractors
• Prepare briefs for company experts to ensure accurate representation in media and events
• Provide communication support for events, expert appearances, and partnerships
• Research, write, proof, and distribute company news through the company website, news releases, editorials, articles, newsletters, and print campaigns
• Identify opportunities to promote company experts as industry thought leaders and write positioning articles
• Collect and produce necessary information for industry awards or organization membership applications on behalf of the company
• Work with other departments to identify communication needs and plan respective initiatives
• Coordinate external and internal events for company initiatives
