Financial Specialist

ELEKS Finance department is looking for talented Financial Specialist to join our team in Lviv

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and pursuit of all past due receivables that are 1 day past due or older.
• Research and share information regarding any customer balance inquiry.
  
• Research and pursuit of any policyholder receivables as needed.
• Past due account reporting.
• Research and documentation of problematic past due accounts to determine balance due or cause of issue.
• Input and maintain accurate records and customer details.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt and proper resolution of questions, issues and problems via email and telephone communication.
• Maintain and implement enhanced internal controls to respond to risks associated with key financial statement accounts
• Respond to inquiries from finance and companywide managers regarding financial results, special reporting request
• Serve as an adviser for both a company's financial department and management.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Having at least 3+ years of experience
•  Good computer skills
• Ability to process huge mass of data
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to work in the Accounting software -1c
• Understanding of accounting software such as Quickbooks
• Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner with all levels of the organization
• Fluent English or Native speaker is better option
