Voluntary Health Insurance Program Coordinator

ELEKS is looking for a Voluntary Health Insurance Program Coordinator in Lviv

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and manage the VHI program including planning, execution, monitoring, control and support
• Gather feedbacks: analyse and develop reports
• Develop and support on regular basis the VHI information page
• Develop and support VHI data analysis
• Develop and support the Company VHI policy
• Plan and organize the Company specialist's education: organize workshops and presentations with the insurance company (IC) (Lviv+regions)
• Create registers of newcomers for VHI on regular basis according to package types and options (Min-Opt-Vip; specialist+spouse+kid);
• Create registers of dismissed specialists regularly
• Organize and control contracts signing by specialists
• Monitor and support added and ended contracts
• Organize training for newcomers (Lviv & regions)
• Analyze payments VS signed contracts
• Organize and control the distribution of VHI card to Pes
• Organize and control signed contracts delivery
• Communicate and direct specialists on VHI individual issues
• Communicate on VHI general issues

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in the health insurance business
• Knowledge of VHI plan
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Legislation in a related field
• Sound knowledge of MS Office tools
• Intermediate level of English
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong computer skills
• Confident negotiation skills

• Analytical skills
