ELEKS is looking for Communication Specialist for Doctor ELEKS Division in our Ternopil Office

ABOUT PRODUCT:

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers and media through different channels like phone, emails, social media to answer their questions and queries
• Conduct presentations of our product to auditory

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communication and Presentation skills
• Work experience in the call center
• Perfect knowing of Ukrainian and Russian language
• Intermediate level of English
• Nice to have experience in Healthcare
• Experience in and Sales will be a plus
