Human Resources Manager

SPD-Ukraine is looking for an experienced, result-oriented HR Manager to become a part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build effective motivation system.
• Build strong relationships and credibility with all levels of management and staff.
• Evaluate and improve human resource practices and policies.
• Establish transparency into the work process.
• Address concerns, conduct investigations and facilitate problem-solving.
• Delivers training programs.
• Perform other job duties upon request.

REQUIREMENTS

• Background and practice in Psychology.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven record of conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Attention to details.
• Result-oriented and responsible.

WOULD BE A PLUS

• IT background or at least understanding of software.
• development processes.
• HR background.
• A desire to work with people, help and make them happy.
