We are looking for People Development/ Event Manager who will be responsible for planning and organizing topnotch internal and external events aimed to grow and support strong Employer Brand.

Main Duties:
Overseeing and delivering a range of various internal and external Company's events
Planning and organizing of internal networking and entertainment events (corporate events, get-togethers, team buildings, etc.)
Coordinating and maintaining of internal educational events (seminars, webinars, trainings, etc.)
Collaborating with suppliers and partners in terms of training and development activities
Working with internal clients and third-party vendors
Budget management for events, accountability and reconciliation in collaboration with internal clients
Re-shaping and improving cross-teams communication
Transmitting Company's news and experience through social media sites (FB, Instagram, etc.)
Assisting with ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
3+ years experience in HR/PR or Marketing
2+ years experience in Event organization
Proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian (both spoken and written)
Experience with vendors contacting and negotiation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multitasking effectively
Experience in the IT industry is a plus, but not a must
