Construction company Aspect Montage Inc is looking for a skilled Project Manager to work with demanding US-based clients on bringing high-quality door sales, service, and installation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in Project Management.
- Experience working with international clients in construction projects, preferably in door service and installation.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Ability to work from 8 AM to 5-6 PM in Boston/NYC time zone (UTC-4).
- Outgoing personality, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to details, ability to multi-task Responsibilities.
- Research and onboarding for contractors, control of their activity and labor quality.
- Efficiency audit for contractors.
- Pricing and payback for company projects.
- Solving critical issues both with crews and customers/stores.
- Negotiations with customers, store managers, executive representatives and partners.
- Marketing research and analysis for new projects.
- Reports about the results and strategic/tactical plans preparation and implementation for company projects and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing: Assembling and leading a team, delegating tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
- Monitoring: Tracking progress, identifying risks, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Communicating: Keeping stakeholders informed, facilitating collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans.
- Quality Control: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives are achieved.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Problem-solving: Resolving obstacles, adapting to changes, and making decisions to keep the project on track.
