We are looking for a well-organized, people oriented specialist. Hyatt International’s training aims to provide strategic focus by developing and implementing great training programs and great training tools. The overall scope of the Learning and Development Assistant Manager is to ensure that all employees receive the training necessary to perform their job according to Hyatt’s standards and brand promise.


Main Duties:


  • you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the learning and development function in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations;
  • identify learning objectives and analyze training programs performance;
  • plan, design and deliver training programs;
  • supervise internal communication channels, design monthly newsletters;
  • coach and train Managers and Departmental Trainers to improve departmental performance;
  • organize and supervise internal Hyatt Regency Kyiv activities, social projects and entertainments;
  • continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the learning and development functions;
  • supervise Performance Management and Leadership Development Programs;
  • promote and develop Hyatt’s core values (Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity and Fun) and Leadership Profile in colleagues (Care, Serve, Learn, Adapt and Achieve).


Requirements:


  • relevant experience as Training Specialist more than 2 years, preferably in the international company;
  • fluent English;
  • excellent presentation, public speaking, interpersonal skills are a must, ability to develop and run group training sessions;
  • excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point;
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment;
  • good people management and decision making skills, be self-motivated, team player, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly;
  • active, social, excellent guest relations and communication, administrative, organizational skills;
  • able to work under pressure and in the changing environment;
  • high level of responsibility and attention to details.
