The main responsibilities:

In this role you will report to Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for administrative and marketing related to food and beverage of the hotel, aligned to deliver the Hyatt Regency brand experiences and standards.

While meeting the unique and individual guest expectations and assisting in creating an environment that delivers exceptional colleague experiences.

You will function as Administrative assistant to Marketing Manager for all the Food & Beverage outlets and your role is to assist that all outlets operate successfully, in accordance to the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a candidate who has minimum 1 year in Food and Beverage.
• Good organization and communication skills, the ability to inspire and support innovation as well as a passion for caring service should be your strength.
  
• Your language skills include fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
