Education: Master’s degree in Law/International Law
Working experience:
2 + years of working experience in either a law firm or in-house in IT company; professional experience in IT, FinTech spheres, Corporate and International Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law will be a plus.
Languages:
Ukrainian/Russian – native
English – fluent C1 or B2 level
Skills and requirements:
Deep knowledge in drafting and architecture of Software Development, License, Services Agreements.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Highly motivated, responsible, productive, and persistent.
Organized with the ability to plan work within established deadlines.
Ability to work fast and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and research skills, ability to process large amounts of information, and summarize findings.

Key duties and responsibilities:
draft, review, and revise different types of contracts (Software Development, SaaS, License, Services Agreements) and other legal documents;
prepare answers to the clients’ amendments/comments to the clients’ agreements, drafting agreements based on accepted amendments;
draft and review terms of use/website policies/public offers;
review and draft official letters/official complaints/pre-court claims;
legal analyses and review of various kinds of agreements for day-to-day company operations;
review and draft legal opinions on related cases;
conduct research on legal issues relevant to the company's operations, and provide analysis and recommendations;
provide general day-to-day administrative, research, legal support to activities of the legal team, and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the legal team;
report to the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream;
perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream.
