System Analyst

Dentsply Implants, a part of Dentsply Sirona, is looking for an experienced System Analyst to work on CAD medical software applications (desktop (win,mac) and web based) for dental implant professionals.

Responsibilities:

• You are part of the R&D team, and ultimately deliver clear requirements/specifications for the software we develop. You work closely together with the R&D team (developers, testers, project manager) and people from other departments (Product Managers, UX specialists)
  
• You take care of the full cycle of software requirements engineering:
• Translating user needs, business needs and customer requests into functional specifications;
• Connection between business team and R&D team;
• Risk management, traceability between risks, requirements & test;
• Requirements management, decomposition & prioritization (in requirements or tasks management system);
• Creating mockups/prototypes to illustrate requirements, using MS Visio, Axure (is an advantage),...
• Compile UI specifications supporting the functional requirements;
• Demonstrate the product and perform validation with real end-users (dentists) and internal stakeholders (Product management or other roles).

Requirements:

• Practical experience of systems analysis and requirements engineering;
• Familiarity with software testing and validation processes;
• Practical experience of UI/UX prototyping;
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English is a must;
• Great teamwork: willing to listen & understand other people, ability to explain your own ideas, open to frequently change your ideas based on new input;
• You like to work in a large, international environment, where a significant part of the work is formalized in processes to fit regulatory requirements and international norms (ISO, IEC, FDA, ...). You also like to improve these processes.
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools required.

Will be a plus: 

• A "hands on" working knowledge of CAD System (as AutoCAD or other);
• Knowledge and experience with UML.
• Agile/lean processes experience.
• Affinity with healthcare domain (Implantology).
