We are looking for an Investor / Customer Support Specialist to provide our clients with high-end email customer service by assisting them with any inquiries throughout their journey. Our perfect candidate is someone extremely open-minded, possesses excellent communication skills, has a proactive mindset, and has strong problem-solving skills.

As we expand our operational directions, we are in search of an Investor Support Specialist for our team to ensure timely communication with our current and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Advanced spoken and written English is a must
  • Advanced written French
  • Keen attention to detail both visual and grammar
  • Deep understanding of the high-end communication style
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent Google skills (you can find an answer instead of asking a hundred obvious questions)
  • Ability to comply with repetitive tasks

It will be a plus

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or sales administration
  • Ability to strictly follow the rules and process guidance
  • Interest or experience in finance and investments

Processes to support

We are looking for a person who will be the right hand of our Head of Sales Administration. 

Our company proposes a variety of tasks and processes to support and here are some of them:

  • Writing emails and follow-ups after calls and meetings (100% of the communications in this position are conducted through email)
  • Working with CRM Salesforce
  • Preparing lists for calling for Investor Relationship Managers
  • Approving people on the website based on specified criteria
  • Preparing and updating reports related to the interactions with customers

What we offer

  • Flexible schedule (at least 30-40 hr/week)
  • Competitive hourly rate of EUR 5 - 12 (depends on the results of the interview, previous experience, and the test task)
