KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting training with aim to increase sales in stores.
• Maintaining Sinsay brand image in line with the brand's concept.
• Control and analysis of sales results in specified stores.
• Implementation and coordination of guidelines for store creation.
• Providing support for Regional Sales Managers in the area of product display.
• Close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers' Teams, Onboarding Store Managers and The Opening Group. 
  

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

• Has 3+ years of experience in the field of Visual Merchandising in the retail industry.
• Has working experience in regional structures.
• Is actively interested in fashion, current trends and the clothing industry.
• Knows English at Upper-Intermediate level and can use it freely in their work.
• Has driver's license.
• Is ready for business trips (70%).
• Is communicative and feels at ease when making contact with others.
• Is well organized and able to work in a team.
