We are a fast growing IT company and now we are looking for a second HR to join our team.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the full cycle of IT Recruitment (including sourcing and interviewing) and HR field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of IT market and IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking)
- Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
- At least intermediate level of English
- Soft skills: time management, problem-solving, creativity, proactivity, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Take part in HR activities.
