Business Analyst

Requirements:

A degree in a Technology, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics

3+ years of experience of relevant professional experience

Solid, hands-on experience in Business Process Analysis, System Analysis and Requirements Engineering.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills, attention to details and result-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage BA work with large amounts of business stakeholders

Excellent analytical skills, able to design complex data flows and business processes, to be familiar with programming languages.

Team player committed and self-motivated.

Excellent English level   

Main responsibilities:

Collecting and analyzing business requirements (through business stakeholders’ interviews), redesign and automate business processes.

Developing policies and procedures, and implement changes

Collaborate with other functional teams to define the roadmap, prioritize improvements and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits 

Organize and overview the implementation of systems and processes

Participation in projects on optimization and automation of processes.
