The head office of the company is located in Kiev; also we develop branches in other cities of the country. We have network of service centers and parts selling offices, training center, component rebuild center. The company is consequently monitoring service level by arranging training activities in our own training center and at the premises of equipment suppliers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR e-Commerce Lead to develop E-commerce sales channel and new business opportunities of heavy equipment dealer and service organization

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience in Sales, after sales and Marketing in machinery for B&B (B&C is a plus);
  • Experience of managing major e-commerce platform (OXID is a plus);
  • Premium machinery parts and service market deep knowledge: areas of opportunity, challenges in product groups and complex solutions;
  • Sales management practices - budgeting, planning models, consolidating reports;
  • Cross functioning team collaboration with logistics, accounting, sales, planning, legal;
  • Areas of opportunity for premium machinery parts service, challenges in product groups and complex solutions;
  • Value based, cost plus, CPH and other pricing strategies;
  • Understanding import cost structure and estimations;
  • Data management skills, advanced data analytics and MS Excel user - conditioning, data consolidation, pivot tables;
  • Entrepreneur and analytical mindset, cross functional team player;
  • Understanding of retail sales cost structure P&L and business case planning;
  • English - fluent.

Main responsibilities

  • Developing E-commerce sales channel and new business opportunities of machinery parts dealer and service organization from limited presence to full portfolio;
  • Digitizing and introducing over 50 parts suppliers and service products repairs, remanufacturing, service agreements;
  • Sales management - budgeting, planning models, consolidating and developing reports;
  • Direct Engagement in business targets and operations - sales, profitability, market share, segments coverage, cost controls;
  • Managing trade investments into e-commerce channel;
  • Monitoring and works with consumers feedbacks.
  • Hands on approach to bring raw data to systematic representation and sales;
  • Negotiations with existing and new suppliers, while tracking pricing, costs;
  • Ensuring deep analysis of the market and trends
  • Permanent enlargement and adjustment of products and service packages.
