Junior QA Engineer

We are looking for Junior QA Engineer who is open to new opportunities and solutions.

About:

A project represents a customer engagement solution for enterprise website owners. Features include: AI-based suggestion system, live chat support for customer service, mobile live chat, API integration, video chat, social media integration, remote control, sophisticated administration and reporting capabilities. You will be working on the solution providing real-time online communication between visitors and call-center operators and advanced chat-bot. We will be glad to see you in our team of talented specialists.

 Required skills:

• 1+ years of practical experience in manual testing;
  
• Knowledge of the software testing process(principles and types of software testing, basic design test techniques, types of test documentation);
  
• Experience in design and development of test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists);
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle(DOR, DOD);
  
• Experience in Web application testing;
• Experience in Cross Browser and Cross-platform testing;
  
• Knowledge of Test Management tools and Defect Tracking systems (Jira, TestRail);
  
• Experience of working with VCS (Git);
  
• Strong Intermediate level of English.
  

As a plus:

• Initial knowledge of automation testing;
  
• Knowledge of Web (client-server architecture, HTML, CSS, JS);
  
• Knowledge of API testing and REST client tools (Postman);
  
• Understanding of mobile web/app testing (mobile sdk).
  

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures;
  
• Reporting and documenting bugs and technical issues;
  
• Helping in troubleshooting issues.
