Whom we are looking for:

The Research and Development (R&D) department of MDEM is looking for a Software Developer. The chosen candidate will be focused on developing software for engineering/research purposes and cooperating with other development engineers worldwide. We aim to find a goal and quality-oriented person who is self-motivated and understands the need for constant self-education.

The main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

• Setup architecture and framework for the software environment
• Software development
• Contribute to the development process, review, and testing
• Mediate with the development team and tool users

Profile:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent level
• Experience with software design and tooling landscape
• Conversant with C#, Python and related frameworks (prefered Django, Flask or Pyramid)
• Preferable knowledge of C++
• Web tools development experience
• Knowledge of version control system (preferred Git), experience in CI/CD (prefered Azure DevOps)
• Solid understanding of SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
• API / interfacing
• Code review and development processes
• Affinity with technical engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
