Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business analyst who is ready to join our team at a fast-growing company ASAP and help increase sales figures and implementation of the sales plan by the entire Sales Department.

Main responsibilities

Preparation of a plan-factor analysis of sales for CSO;

Preparation of presentations, reports and operational analytics at the request of managers/related functions;

Research and search for problem areas in case of non-fulfillment of the sales plan;

Control of correctness and timeliness of data preparation from quality control and CRM operators: reports, planning, presentations;

Order control in CRM;

Managing a team of CRM operators;

Performing CSO tasks

Requirements

Fluent English (B2+) and Ukrainian/Russian

More than 1 years of experience as a sales/marketing analyst are mandatory;

A confident PC user (good knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Power BI);

Initiative, proactivity, focus on results;

Analytical mindset; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Presentation skills (reports, new products, project management and their implementation in the region); High level of self-organization

Working schedule

Must be available 7 days for short answers

8 h/day each working day

Availability from 7 am to 15 pm PDT
