We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Website Administrator to join our team. The main focus of this role is to manage and maintain the content on our website, ensuring that all articles are uploaded, formatted, and published accurately using our proprietary Content Management System (CMS). While this role doesn't involve editing or curating content, it plays a crucial role in ensuring that our website runs smoothly and presents our content in the best possible way.

Requirements

1. Upload, format, publish articles and website pages using our CMS.
2. Coordinate with the creative team (writers and producers) to ensure timely receipt and publishing of content.
3. Regularly monitor website to ensure all content is displayed correctly and troubleshoot any display issues.
4. Work closely with the technical team to resolve any CMS related issues.
5. Participate in website testing to ensure functionality and user experience.
6. Assist in content archival and retrieval processes.
7. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date content database.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
2. Proven experience working with website Content Management Systems (6+ months).
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
