Our services are Business Process Ecosystem, Omni Channel Marketing, Business Intelligence Consultation.
We are looking for IT Help Desk Manager in our IT Team.
Your responsibilities will cover the following topics
- Be leading and managing all the IT department globally, with a large percentage of hands-on work
- Design, implement and maintain IT services, devices and lead global projects
- Monitor internal network and security devices
- Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and recommends technical solutions
- Manage company’s data center
- Creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for technical solutions
- Maintain an ISO, GDPR compliant IT infrastructure, including policies, processes, and regular audits
- Act as the company’s help desk function
- Maintains company equipment and vendor contracts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience as a sysadmin in a IT company
- Help desk support to local and remote users
- Experience with enterprise systems (G Suite, MS office 365)
- Vast experience in MS OS (AD, WSUS, DC, win servers, win 10)
- Deep technical knowledge in virtualisation (VMware preferred)
- Windows and Linux servers
- Servers and pc Hardware and Software
- Networking technology and infrastructure (switches & firewall)
- VPN
- Backup and restore solutions (Veeam)
- Storage systems
- Monitoring and security tools
- Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP) - Advantage
- Fluent English is a must
