Medical Advisor (DIABETES)

On behalf of our client, one of the world's 20 leading pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the MEDICAL ADVISOR position.

This position is located in Kyiv, Ukraine. You will report directly to the Medical Director.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Medical Advisor is dedicated to developing, implementing, and rolling out relevant medical programs and scientific information to the clinical and scientific community, helping to explore the full potential of a company's medications. These efforts will follow a global strategy adjusted to local needs and compliance regulations.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTITUDES:

• University degree in Medicine (preferable)/ Pharmaceuticals.
• Previous experience in medical affairs or clinical experience in innovative global pharmaceutical companies. 
• Experience in the generation, publication, and interpretation of scientific information into clinically relevant data according to evidence-based medicine criteria. 
• Strong business mindset, and thorough knowledge of marketing, external customer's needs, and compliance necessity. Ability to understand both business and medical needs to create a climate of effective Medico/Marketing partnership.
• Digital interest and experience in communication in the digital environment.
• Strong lateral leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility, proactive attitude, team-and networker, communication skills required to represent cross-functional teams' requirements and partner with stakeholders, ethical business mindset.
• Superior organizational, analytical, decision-making skills with strategic capabilities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate.
