Scrum master, Project manager

Currently we’re looking for experience scrum master to join our exciting, Slovak-based remote team to work on long-term product development.

We’re thrilled to expand our team with awesome people. This time, we’re looking for an ambitious scrum master to join the family and build with us advertising platform of the new generation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master in SW development company
• Strong understanding of Scrum theory and Agile principles
• Leadership, communication and facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to create an environment for self-organization
• Fluent english

Work conditions:

• Scrum Master certification
• Technical background QA/Developer/BA

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
• Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
• Support the Product Owner, especially with respect to maintaining the product backlog;
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
• Team reports management
