Construction Engineer

Purpose

• Provide construction support to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements for quality, safety, schedule and cost. 
• Assists Delivery Engineer and/or Construction Engineer in the execution of construction projects.

Accountabilities

• Participate in TQ performance activities, and provide assessment feedback to improve performance by way of field observations.
  
• Collect Lessons Learned for implementation into project plans and data entry into KM database,
• Participate in the execution of construction site procedures, rules and regulations for the site staff; including technical, HSSE and quality assurance and site Project Controls.
• Assist in the review of cost (labor efficiency) and schedule (durations and constraints) norms for the construction scope, for change orders during execute.
• Participate in the execution of the risk response activities for the construction scope, during Execute
• Participate in the execution of the regulatory and permitting activities for the construction scope, during Execute
• Participate in the execution of the owners site compliance assurance activities for the contracted construction scope. In general includes craft labor productivity and HSSE performance, in-process verification compliance, and the resolution of related contract issues.
