IT Specialist

Bizzabo is a product company, and we are looking for an IT Specialist in Kyiv that will make a great impact on the technical experience for internal users in New York, Tel-Aviv, Kyiv, and London offices.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Experience with Mac products and Software knowledge

• Experience with OS x and iOS at a support level

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong documentation skills

• Experience with permissions including Google and SaaS tools

• Network and conference rooms maintenance

• Good English speaking skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Diagnose and resolve problems with Mac computers and ecosystem

• Provide support for various tools including Google services, MS Office, SaaS tools, and more

• Assist the IT Director in the daily running of the IT support

• Track issues to resolution and update the internal knowledge base

• Escalate issues as and when required

• Configure Mac laptops for deployment to new employees within the office and remote locations. Perform recovery tasks for end-user systems

• Solve various issues and have an open mind and the ability to work under pressure

• Ensure all equipment and software are up-to-date and in top shape
