Bookkeeper (Quickbooks)

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing company and help us keep track of our finances.

You will be responsible for:

• recording all our transactions
• reconciling bank statements
• preparing invoices and reports.

You will also work closely with our accountant (US based) to provide her with the data to analyze our performance and plan for the future.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Freshbooks, Xero or Sage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent Excel/Spreadsheets skills (pivot)
• Laser-type focus on details and accuracy
• Upper-intermediate English, be able to handle calls
