Sales Development Representative/ Lead Generation Manager

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR and IT services or products.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn, Upwork, AngelList, TechCrunch, Xsing, etc.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and email prospecting.
  • Responsible, positive, and proactive attitude to work.
  • Excellent writing and speaking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • In-depth level of writing skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B messages for an outreach via different channels (example LinkedIn, email).
  • Scheduling semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs.
  • Qualify outbound leads.
  • Communication on Linkedin, and email prior to qualification.
  • Establishing the initial contact with potential clients.
  • Structured work with disqualified leads and prospects.
  • Strategically support the sales team by prospecting and identifying qualified leads for Team.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients and assist in strategic planning for the sales team.
