The Customer Care Manager skillset:

 

  •  Good spoken and written English (at least Upper Intermediate) 
  • Confident MS Office user 
  • Team player
  • Experience in managing Social Media and business networks (eg. Linkedin)
  • Experience in Lead generation
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience in business correspondence

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Communication with existing and potential foreign customers
  • Working with databases of our clients and CRM system
  • LinkedIn - increasing amount of contacts, answering and messaging
  • Searching for potential clients (internet)
  • Investigation inbound prospects
  • Planning and making mailing/mass emailing
  • Researching and execution manager's orders
